We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases, whether financed or paid in full.
We do offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase, under the following conditions:

The item must be returned in its original condition

The original box or packaging must be included

The sales receipt is required

A 25% restocking fee will apply

Used items are not eligible for return or exchange

Accessories are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
If the returned item shows physical damage or signs of misuse, the exchange will be denied and any existing warranty will be void.
Water-damaged devices are not eligible for warranty or return.
